IMPACT Conference 2016

Harmony is an interactive sound environment for deep listening and creative expression.

This hands-on session begins with a brief presentation on sound, mindfulness hacking and the use of technology for self transformation. We will discuss how practicing self awareness leads to a better conscious experience by fostering mental well-being and developing capacities such as calmness, clarity and concentration. Following the presentation, we will work together and individually to create new soundscapes while practicing focused self-awareness through a short sound-making meditation.
