Today’s digital native generation of students requires their faculty to reach beyond the printed word and breathe life into the classroom.  This workshop presents ways to incorporate the use of technology in the string classroom to help establish an engaging environment and energizing lessons that yield fast results in a group settings. With over 30 years of teaching experience, Jesus Florido combines his foundation of classical technique with elements of World, Folk, and Jazz music along with improvisation with technology to cultivate creativity from the first lesson.
